Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing the operational framework necessary to support a growing multifamily housing portfolio. This role is pivotal in creating and enhancing operational processes, policies, and reporting standards across the portfolio. The Vice President of Operations will also be responsible for creating KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to improve visibility and accountability, as well as partnering with executive leadership on growth strategy, operational planning, and organizational development. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years' leadership experience in affordable housing or multifamily operations, with a proven track record in building or improving operational systems, processes, and infrastructure. Strong financial acumen is essential, including experience in managing budgets, reporting, and performance metrics. The role requires the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and experience with property management platforms. The Vice President of Operations will oversee property operations, compliance initiatives, vendor relationships, and portfolio performance, making this a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a strategic operator.
