The Company is in search of a Vice President, Talent Partnerships to lead the development of strategic talent partnership solutions for global consumer brands. This senior leader will be responsible for setting the strategic vision, serving as a trusted advisor to clients, and leading the full partnership lifecycle, from strategy to post-campaign measurement. The role requires a seasoned entertainment marketer and dealmaker with a deep understanding of the entertainment and cultural landscape, and an established network across the industry. The successful candidate will be adept at leading complex, high-value talent negotiations, and will have a proven track record of translating brand and business objectives into culturally relevant talent partnerships. Candidates for the Vice President, Talent Partnerships role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 10 years of experience in entertainment marketing, talent partnerships, or influencer/creator marketing. The role demands exceptional strategic and creative judgment, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to influence decision-making at the executive level. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing and developing teams, overseeing account financials, and driving organic growth across client accounts. A deep expertise in talent strategy, negotiation, and partnership development is essential, as is the ability to maintain professionalism, sound judgment, and strict confidentiality.
