Associate Vice President, Valuations & Analytics

The Company is seeking an AVP for its Valuations and Analytics team, with a focus on supporting infrastructure strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, evaluating, analyzing, and summarizing portfolio investment valuation results. This role involves a variety of tasks, including day-to-day team management, deliverable tracking, model development, and presentation of results to senior leaders. The AVP will also lead the completion of valuation models, drive the onboarding process for new portfolio investments, and manage the annual audit with third-party valuation firms. Additionally, the role includes leading enhancements to the group's valuation and reporting processes, as well as managing the creation of presentation materials for effective communication within the company. Applicants for the AVP position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with a CFA and/or CPA being a plus. A minimum of 6 years' experience in valuations, transaction services, private equity, consulting, or other analytical roles is required. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of ASC 820 and various valuation approaches, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle interactions with a range of professionals. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential, and experience in team management and with valuation platforms is a plus. The role is designed to offer mentorship and a trajectory toward greater managerial responsibilities based on performance.
