This role requires a deep understanding of the legal and regulatory environment, as well as a commitment to acting with ethics, transparency, and competence in all client interactions. The VP will also be tasked with identifying clients with private wealth management potential, leading initiatives to enhance digital engagement, and ensuring the delivery of a superior client experience. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in retail banking, premium banking, private banking, wealth management, or financial services, with a strong preference for those with a background in Latin America. The role demands a leader with the ability to develop and manage a team in a sales and service-oriented environment, strong relationship management and business development skills, and a proven track record in acquiring, retaining, and growing affluent and high-net-worth client relationships. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with fluency in Spanish and a solid knowledge of consumer banking products and services.
