Associate Vice President, Distribution Support

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Distribution Support within its International Wealth and Premier Banking division. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and managing branch channel headcount, including active headcount, attrition, and resource allocation planning. This role involves regular liaison with frontline teams to ensure data purity, RM mapping, and loading, as well as providing support to generate and modify RM codes. The AVP will also be involved in aligning RM loading with global definitions, monitoring changes, and preparing monthly planner files for the incentive process. Additionally, the role includes optimizing the planner file for various initiatives, assisting in the launch of campaigns and products, and supporting ad-hoc projects to enhance RM productivity. Applicants for this role should have at least 5-6 years' of banking experience, with a preference for a postgraduate degree. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and productivity enhancement skills are essential, as is the ability to work with various units and frontline teams. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in key banking systems and processes, have expertise in sales, financial planning, and communication, and demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's values. Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and a background in multi-dimensional roles are advantageous. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, coaching techniques, and the ability to plan and organize effectively. The AVP will be expected to champion project delivery, ensure adherence to business guidelines, and drive the growth agenda for the India IWPB.
