The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and delivering the end-to-end technology strategy and roadmap to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient platforms across various business functions. This includes leading engineering and technology delivery, maintaining strong operational resilience, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities for the role include setting the technology strategy and roadmap in alignment with business priorities and regulatory expectations, modernizing engineering practices, and building data and analytics capabilities. The CTO will also be responsible for managing technology risk, security, and compliance, as well as overseeing vendor relationships and budgets. Applicants for the Chief Technology Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 15-25 years' of experience, with a preference for those who have worked in SEBI-regulated organizations. The role requires a candidate with a strong technical background in asset and wealth domain technology, architecture and integration, cloud and infrastructure, operational resilience, site reliability engineering, security engineering, data platforms, and DevSecOps toolchains. Experience in vendor and third-party technology management is also essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading technology teams, partnering with senior stakeholders, and driving technology initiatives that align with business goals. Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is considered an advantage.
