Head of AI Cybersecurity

The Company is seeking a Head of AI Cybersecurity to define and lead the AI cybersecurity strategy, including vision, priorities, and execution roadmap. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing the AI security function, with a focus on team development and cross-functional alignment. Key tasks include identifying and mitigating threats across the AI/ML lifecycle, implementing secure development practices, and collaborating with AI research and engineering teams to ensure secure model development, deployment, and monitoring. The role also involves establishing internal governance and external trust frameworks, driving the adoption of privacy-preserving technologies, and leading security assessments, audits, and incident response for AI systems. Applicants for the Head of AI Cybersecurity position at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, AI, or a related field, with a PhD preferred. A minimum of 8 years' experience in cybersecurity, including at least 3 years focused on AI/ML systems or adversarial machine learning, is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of risks across AI/ML systems, proven leadership in secure architecture design, and experience with large-scale AI threat mitigation. Hands-on experience with relevant security tools and familiarity with security standards is essential. Preferred skills include experience with cloud ML platforms, knowledge of adversarial ML defense, contributions to AI security research, and an understanding of regulations and responsible AI frameworks. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with enterprise security, compliance, and audit functions are also important.
