Vice President, Private Credit Fund Accounting, PFS

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Private Credit Fund Accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight, review, and reconciliation of the books and records of the funds, including NAV calculation, management and performance fees, expense review, and capital calls and distributions. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams such as Middle Office, Cash Management, and Asset Management/Valuation, as well as with external, third-party fund administrators. The Vice President will also be involved in fund setup and operation, and will be the primary point of contact for ad hoc internal and investor requests. Applicants should have 8-15 years' of relevant experience in an accounting role, with a preference for those with a background in financial services, particularly in the asset management or alternative investment industry. A degree in accounting is preferred, and a CPA is a plus. The role requires a candidate with a strong attention to detail, the ability to manage a team, and excellent communication skills for regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders. The Vice President will be expected to lead the monthly and quarterly closing of the funds' books, oversee the calculation and review of management and incentive fees, and ensure the accuracy of all financial statements and compliance-related requests.
