Head of AI Platform Engineering, Execution Plane

The Company is in search of a Head of AI Platform Engineering to take on a pivotal role in the design, development, and operation of its AI execution platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing engineering teams that focus on AI execution and runtime platforms, defining and executing roadmaps for AI execution services, and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and observability of runtime systems that support production AI workloads. This leadership position demands a deep technical understanding of modern platform architecture, APIs, and enterprise integration strategies, as well as the ability to drive engineering excellence and meet enterprise security, governance, and compliance requirements. Applicants for the Head of AI Platform Engineering role at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading software engineering teams and a strong background in large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native platforms. Experience in AI/ML platforms, orchestration layers, and production AI operations is essential, as is a deep understanding of CI/CD practices, infrastructure automation, and enterprise security principles. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in areas such as agentic AI systems, LLM platforms, and MLOps, and a background in regulated industries where security and compliance are critical.
