Greater New York City, NY Area (Hybrid - Headquarter location)
The Company is in search of a Vice President of People to take on a pivotal role as a strategic leader within the global People & Culture organization. This high-impact position demands a business-minded executive who can seamlessly integrate people, strategy, culture, and execution. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to the Chief People Officer and executive leadership team, responsible for translating company strategy into organizational priorities and scalable people practices across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Key responsibilities include leading organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, and global initiatives to enhance performance management, career development, and leadership. The VP of People will also provide strategic oversight of global people operations, including policies, systems, employee relations, and the overall employee experience. Applicants for the VP of People role at the company should possess significant progressive experience in HR leadership, with a focus on people operations, talent management, and talent acquisition. Direct global leadership experience across multiple regions is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organizational design, workforce planning, and connecting people strategy to business objectives. Strong business acumen, the ability to influence C-suite executives, and a background in global SaaS, technology, professional services, or private equity-backed organizations are preferred. The role requires an individual with exceptional judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills, who can balance enterprise consistency with regional and cultural requirements to build and maintain a high-performing, engaged, and diverse workforce.
