Vice President, People Business Partner
About the Role
Greater New York City, NY Area (Hybrid)
The Company is seeking a Vice President, People Business Partner to lead the People Agenda for its U.S. business. The successful candidate will be a key member of the North America People & Experiences leadership team, responsible for translating business strategy and transformation priorities into organization, talent, workforce, and culture decisions that drive performance and sustainable growth. This role requires a commercially minded, high-potential People leader with a proven track record in organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and change leadership. The VP will set and execute the U.S. People strategy, serve as a strategic partner to the North America Extended Leadership Team, and lead a team of People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Managers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with at least 10 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, including recent experience at the VP level. They should be adept at leading organizational design and change initiatives, shaping the employee experience, and strengthening leadership and talent pipelines. The role demands a trusted adviser who is an analytical, pragmatic decision-maker, and who can use data to measure the impact of People strategies. Experience in a complex, fast-paced, global matrixed organization, particularly in a consumer-facing, CPG, beverage/alcohol, or similar environment, is strongly preferred. The VP will also be responsible for leading and developing the People Business Partner and Talent Acquisition teams, driving continuous improvement, and acting as a credible deputy to the Chief People Officer.
