Senior Legal Counsel

The Company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on a wide range of company-relevant issues, serving as the primary legal contact within the organization, and playing a key role in the drafting, review, negotiation, and optimization of various legal documents. This includes contracts and agreements. The role also involves offering legal support for cross-departmental projects, strategic corporate initiatives, and the further development of internal guidelines, processes, and compliance structures. The Senior Legal Counsel will be expected to manage external law firms and consultants, identify and mitigate legal risks, and stay abreast of legal developments to provide proactive recommendations.
