Chief Development Officer (CDO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Development Officer (CDO) to spearhead its growth in the renewable energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading commercial and business development, driving the company's commercial growth, and developing new segments and strategic partnerships. This role also involves overseeing the development of the renewable energy project pipeline, from planning to construction readiness, and ensuring customer excellence throughout the project lifecycle. The CDO will lead a large, multi-layered organization, including senior directors and managers, and will be a key partner with the CEO in shaping the company's strategy and long-term growth. Applicants for the CDO position at the company should have significant leadership experience in managing large teams and a proven track record in leading complex, long-cycle processes.
