The Company is in search of a Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) to spearhead its fundraising, communication, and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be a visionary and strategic leader, responsible for shaping and advancing the organization's external presence, and for strengthening relationships with donors, partners, and community stakeholders. The role is pivotal in securing the philanthropic investments necessary to support the organization's mission, which is focused on creating educational and economic opportunities for students. The CAO will work closely with the President and CEO, and will lead a team to cultivate meaningful relationships with various donors, connecting philanthropic efforts to the organization's impactful work. This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished advancement leader who is passionate about growth, mission-driven work, and the pursuit of educational equity. The ideal candidate will be energized by the prospect of elevating the organization's profile and expanding its culture of giving. They should be committed to the systemic transformation of the educational landscape and dedicated to unlocking economic mobility for the youth of the community. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in fundraising, communication, and marketing, and the ability to connect these efforts to tangible, life-changing outcomes for students. A flexible, hybrid work schedule is offered, with a minimum of three days per week in the office or off-site with donors.
