The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the business finance function across various strategic business units and segments, with a focus on elevating the organization's financial performance, and management, and business partnership. This role involves driving profitability, optimizing working capital, and enhancing commercial excellence. The Vice President of Finance will also be instrumental in the transformation of the finance function, creating a more proactive, data-driven, and influential team that supports business decision-making. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced qualification preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive finance leadership experience within a global, complex organization is required, along with a proven track record of leading business finance organizations and partnering with senior operating executives.
