Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to play a pivotal role in the organization's financial function and support its business growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the finance team, ensuring the reliability of financial information, and supervising the accounting, treasury, and invoicing areas. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the production of financial reporting for management, developing management control, budgeting, and forecasting processes, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation. The Head of Finance will also be instrumental in supporting financial integration processes resulting from growth and acquisitions and contributing to the implementation of a culture of rigor, accountability, and continuous improvement. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a higher education degree in management, economics, finance, or a related field, with 5 to 10 years' of professional experience in financial controller, head of finance, or similar roles. The role requires a candidate with solid experience in management control, financial reporting, and financial planning, as well as a proven track record in coordinating or leading teams. A strong focus on process improvement, operational optimization, and the ability to interact with management and strategic stakeholders is essential. Knowledge of Power BI and Primavera is a plus, and good English skills will be valued.
