Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer to spearhead the restructuring and digital transformation of its accounting department. The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader in the finance and accounting sector, with a strong background in the construction industry. Key responsibilities for the CFO include supervising and motivating a large team, fostering a culture of performance and efficiency, and ensuring the accurate management of financial operations. The role also involves optimizing financial processes, participating in digital transformation, and collaborating with the VP of Finance to support the execution of strategic priorities. Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have a university degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, and a CPA designation. A minimum of 7 to 12 years' of experience in financial accounting and operations is required, with a specific focus on the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and leading an accounting team, as well as hands-on experience in optimizing financial processes and using a construction-specific ERP system. The role demands a leader who can design and implement KPIs, and a robust internal control framework, and who is adept at multi-company transaction management and progress reporting.
