Head of Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations for the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be a strategic, results-oriented leader with a strong background in supply chain, operational excellence, and sustainability. This role is pivotal in driving the company's strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction while maintaining cost-effective operations. The Head of Operations will be responsible for network and footprint optimization, end-to-end inventory management, and supplier performance. They will also lead continuous improvement and lean leadership initiatives, ensuring the implementation of lean methodologies to eliminate waste and reduce lead times. QHSE and sustainability management are key aspects of the role, with a focus on safety, carbon footprint reduction, and quality compliance. Applicants for the Head of Operations position should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years' experience in warehouse and international operations management. The role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in transforming multi-site industrial operations. Experience in supply chain optimization, and a strong background in QHSE and sustainability management are essential. The ideal candidate will be a natural people manager, capable of leading and developing a high-performance culture. Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills in Dutch and/or Italian considered a strong plus. The role demands a strategic thinker with a commercial and customer-centric mindset, who is adept at using data and KPIs to make informed business decisions.
