Executive Director

The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its mission-driven organization, which provides comprehensive health and social services to historically underserved communities. The successful candidate will be a compassionate, visionary, and strategic leader, responsible for advancing the organization's mission, strategic plan, and long-term priorities. This role involves providing organization-wide leadership, ensuring the strength and impact of the organization, and fostering a culture of trust, accountability, collaboration, and inclusion. The Executive Director will also be tasked with financial stewardship, resource development, and cultivating strategic partnerships to expand the organization's reach and impact. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' of progressive senior-level leadership experience, preferably within a nonprofit, healthcare, or community-based organization. A Master's degree in a related field is preferred, and candidates must have a proven track record in leading a complex, mission-driven organization with substantial staff, programs, and budgets. The role requires experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and program management, as well as the ability to lead and retain high-performing teams. Strong financial acumen, including experience with nonprofit finance and complex funding structures, is essential. The ideal candidate will also have a background in community relations, advocacy, and external affairs, and the ability to serve as an effective spokesperson for the organization.
