Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join one of its portfolio companies. The CFO will be a key leader in the business, responsible for integrating sales, procurement, and operations with finance and accounting, and for driving the transformation and scale of the company. The ideal candidate will have a background in complex process manufacturing, with a strong focus on finance and accounting, including experience in finance strategy, cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, and controllership. A background in private equity is highly preferred, and solid experience in M&A integration is a plus. The CFO will be expected to have a tenure of 20-35+ years, with a proven track record of success, and to be a passionate, committed leader with a strong drive to win. The successful CFO will be tasked with improving processes, controls, and systems within the organization, and must have an intimate knowledge of manufacturing accounting environments to effectively communicate financial data throughout the company. The role requires a leader who can honor the company's past while also leading it into a future of significant growth, with a focus on both inorganic and organic methods to achieve the company's ambitious scale goals. The CFO will play a critical role in the company's journey, with an exit planned for 2030 and a clear investment thesis to transform the business and drive scale to a substantial revenue target within a 4-5 year period.
