Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a strategic finance leader to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and development. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CEO and management team, influencing company strategy, organizational design, and resource allocation. This role is particularly focused on shaping the business model, partner economics, pricing, and long-term unit economics of the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital markets, strategic transactions, and experience in high-growth startup environments, with a preference for those with a background in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital. Fintech experience, particularly in the payments sector, is highly valued. Responsibilities for this role include driving resource allocation for long-term value creation, guiding the economics of the company's products, and leading the approach to capital markets and strategic transactions. The candidate will also be responsible for building and scaling the finance organization, as well as setting the AI strategy for the finance function. The role requires a professional with a combination of strategic judgment, commercial instincts, and financial depth, who can effectively communicate and represent the business to the Board, investors, and other external stakeholders. The position may be classified as a VP of Finance or Chief Financial Officer, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
