Executive Director, Software Engineering

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Software Engineering to play a pivotal role in the evolution of its AI-focused technology venture. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions, overseeing the development and implementation of engineering strategies and processes, and ensuring that technical projects align with the organization's goals. This role requires a hands-on approach to monitoring and evaluating engineering performance metrics, identifying and mitigating technical risks, and staying abreast of industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a technological advantage. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline, with an extensive background in software engineering, software architecture, or enterprise technology environments. Experience in managing large engineering organizations and a proven track record in building and scaling enterprise software platforms are essential.
