The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development and launch of various life insurance products, including high-net-worth, legacy, endowment, retirement, and index-linked plans. This role involves converting customer insights, market trends, and distribution feedback into innovative product propositions, as well as partnering with the Actuarial team on benefit design and pricing. The AVP will also manage the full product lifecycle, drive cross-functional delivery, support go-to-market strategies, and ensure strong governance and compliance with regulatory standards. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in life insurance product development or closely related roles, with a strong knowledge of traditional savings and retirement products, and index-linked savings plans. The role requires a proven ability to lead complex initiatives, manage diverse stakeholders, and a strong commercial and analytical skill set. A degree in business, actuarial science, or a related discipline is essential, along with excellent communication and an innovation-driven, problem-solving mindset. The ideal candidate will be adept at monitoring product performance and leading enhancements, and will be proactive in identifying optimization opportunities, including the use of AI-enabled solutions.
