Senior Vice President, Digital Engagement, Innovation Group

The Company is seeking an SVP for Digital Engagement within its Innovation Group. This senior role is pivotal in leading enterprise-wide research and diagnostic reviews to identify and address systemic issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of new ideas, technologies, and business models, with a focus on sustainable growth and measurable business value. Key responsibilities include leading a high-impact engagement team, setting engagement strategies, and owning the end-to-end innovation and engagement portfolio. The role also involves shaping strategic partnerships, championing process reimagination, and fostering a culture of rapid innovation and cross-domain problem-solving. Applicants must have a minimum of 12-15 years' experience in business and operating model innovation, digital services, and large-scale digital transformation, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and aligning senior stakeholders. The role requires deep knowledge of innovation management, design thinking, and emerging technologies such as AI, data, and blockchain. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and behavioral competencies, including strategic thinking, executive presence, and the ability to influence and build alignment across diverse stakeholders.
