Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its team. The CFO will be a key leader in the financial management, governance, and performance of the organization, with a focus on supporting the company's growth and transformation. This role requires a hands-on and commercially minded individual with a CA/CPA qualification, strong technical financial capability, and significant senior finance leadership experience, preferably in a complex, regulated environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a substantial finance function, including financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, investment management, and financial governance, and will play a pivotal role in the company's strategic decision-making and long-term sustainability. The ideal CFO for the company will have a proven track record in finance transformation, including systems, reporting, automation, and process improvement. They should be a strong people leader, capable of building and leading a high-performing finance team, and be comfortable operating in a changing environment. A genuine member mindset is essential, with a focus on making decisions that deliver value and support the organization's purpose and ambitions. The CFO will work closely with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board, and must be adept at providing an objective, commercial perspective while also being a trusted partner in the company's evolution and modernization.
