Vice President of Growth

The Company is seeking a VP of Growth to lead the intersection of product and marketing, with a focus on acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue. This role is pivotal in owning the full growth funnel, from the product to various online platforms, and is not sales or commercial-focused. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and achieving growth KPIs, running experiments, and making data-driven decisions to optimize the conversion rates at each stage of the funnel. The VP of Growth will work closely with the CEO, VP of Marketing, and other executive team members, and will be expected to be a hands-on leader, personally making and defending experiment calls. The role also involves scaling product signals, bringing AI adoption into growth, and building a strong growth team. Candidates for the VP of Growth position at the company should have a proven track record in growth or product leadership, particularly in a B2B SaaS environment. Technical fluency in funnel instrumentation and product analytics is essential, as is experience in hands-on experimentation and AI tooling. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the boundaries between product-led and account-led growth, and be adept at finding and addressing the biggest constraints in the growth funnel. The role requires a strategic thinker who can turn company goals into a ranked growth plan, and who is comfortable with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. Experience in a growth-stage scale-up and a background in vertical tech are advantageous.
