Applicants for the Vice President of Food and Beverage position at the company should have a BS/BA degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and at least 10 years' of related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required, as is the ability to effectively communicate with guests and employees.
