The Company is in search of a Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO) to take on a pivotal role that encompasses the leadership of product, engineering, and counter-adversary operations. The successful candidate will be the single, accountable leader for the outcomes delivered to customers and partners, with a dual mandate that also includes serving as the Managing Director of the company's Tel Aviv office. This senior executive will be responsible for owning the full product and technology strategy, shipping new products and capabilities with a focus on quality and stability, and ensuring a disciplined agile release cadence. A key aspect of the role is to harness AI across the product lifecycle and make it central to the company's offerings, with a strong emphasis on staying ahead of threat actors. The CTPO will also champion a culture of innovation, integrate counter-adversary operations with product and engineering, and align technology and product with the company's overall strategy and commercial goals. Applicants for the CTPO position at the company should have a background in senior leadership, owning both product and engineering, particularly in a high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment. Deep command of product management and engineering best practices, proficiency in running an agile release schedule, and a strong understanding of AI and its application in product development are essential. The role requires a demonstrated ability to foster innovation, engage externally as a technical voice, and experience in leading within an Israel R&D/US-market environment. While not mandatory, cybersecurity domain experience, especially in areas such as detection, MDR, or threat-research adjacency, is preferred.
