Vice President, Private Credit Greater Tiruchirappalli, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President / Principal to take on a key role in the private credit and structured debt investment space. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the entire investment process, including origination, credit evaluation, transaction structuring, execution, and portfolio management. This pivotal position demands the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of financial entities, and to actively participate in fund deployment and fundraising activities. The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those who have worked with a private credit fund or NBFC in structured finance, and hold an MBA, CA, or CFA qualification, ideally with an engineering degree. Applicants for the Vice President / Principal role at the company should possess a robust skill set that includes expertise in credit underwriting, financial modeling, risk assessment, and investment evaluation. Experience in private credit, structured debt, and special situations, as well as a proven track record in end-to-end transaction execution, is essential. The role also requires the ability to structure debt solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and effectively manage portfolio risks. Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and leadership skills are a must, as the position is highly interactive and demands a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on investment opportunities.
