Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide full executive financial oversight of a key country entity within a global technology brand. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving operational and financial transformation across an expanding market, with a focus on high-level strategic exposure alongside regional C-suite leaders and commercial business heads. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 15 years' of progressive finance, accounting, or commercial management experience, including a minimum of 10 years in executive leadership. A proven background in a large, matrixed global corporate structure and deep expertise in the IT services, technology consulting, or enterprise software sectors are essential. The CFO will be responsible for commercial deal negotiations, complex contract structures, FP&A, and revenue recognition, and must have a strong track record in these areas. Experience in managing working capital optimization, contract risk mitigation, and margin enhancement is also a key requirement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for those holding advanced professional finance credentials or an MBA. The role demands a leader with a strategic mindset, capable of leading large-scale finance processes, systems, or organizational transformations, and who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve the company's financial goals.
