Field Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Regional Field Chief Technology Officer to serve as a senior technical executive and trusted advisor, with a focus on application security and AI-driven platform capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with C-level and senior technical stakeholders at strategic accounts, leading technical engagements, and representing the company as a thought leader in the industry. This role requires a deep understanding of application security, enterprise architecture, and AI/ML concepts as applied to security, as well as the ability to translate complex technical information into clear narratives for both technical and executive audiences. The Regional Field CTO will also be involved in supporting sales and presales activities, providing technical input for RFPs, and proactively engaging with strategic accounts to strengthen technical trust and identify expansion opportunities. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in a senior technical leadership role, with a proven track record of influencing C-level and senior technical audiences. Domain expertise in application security, enterprise architecture, and security best practices is essential, as is a practical understanding of AI/ML concepts. The role demands exceptional communication skills, the ability to travel up to 50%, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or other advanced degree. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry presence, including conference speaking and published thought leadership, and a demonstrated ability to shape technical narratives and influence business outcomes.
