Regional Head of Legal

This includes promoting compliance, reducing legal risks, and offering legal support on a wide range of issues such as regulations, compliance, and corporate governance. The role also involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as handling litigation, internal investigations, and inquiries from government authorities. The ideal candidate will have a Japanese lawyer's license or a foreign legal qualification, with at least 10 years of legal practice experience, and be fluent in Japanese with business-level English proficiency.
