Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead its integrated commercial growth strategy. The CRO will be responsible for developing and executing the annual revenue strategy, selecting target markets, and owning the commercial forecast. This senior leadership role requires a focus on revenue performance, with the CRO expected to set commercial priorities, allocate resources, and drive sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include leading the sales organization, maintaining a unified sales operating model, and driving commercial discipline across direct sales and channel partnerships. The successful candidate will also be involved in strategic account and partnership management, as well as existing merchant expansion and product commercialization. Candidates for the CRO position should have a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in payments, acquiring, fintech, financial services, or a closely related commercial environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The role demands a proven track record in leading complex commercial transactions, a strong understanding of payment economics, and experience in building and managing a multi-channel revenue organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence, and be highly analytical with a focus on revenue, profitability, and customer economics. Experience in a regulated financial-services environment and with merchant acquiring, card payments, or payment technology platforms is preferred.
