Vice President, Commercial Insurance Manager

The Company is seeking a Commercial Insurance Manager for its Tulsa branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the commercial insurance underwriting portfolio, with a focus on multi-line business, including technology, manufacturing, life sciences, and food sectors. This role demands a leader who can drive new business production, ensure profitable growth, and maintain strong retention across the portfolio. The Commercial Insurance Manager will also be accountable for the overall underwriting operations, P&L performance, and will lead a team to engage with distribution partners in the area. Key responsibilities include developing and executing territory strategies, driving growth in various insurance lines, and ensuring underwriting quality and governance. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' multi-line underwriting experience, with a strong understanding of P&C lines of business, industry practices, and products. The role requires advanced marketing and sales skills, the ability to build strategic relationships, and a proven track record in driving customer focus.
