The Company is seeking a VP of Preconstruction to spearhead the front end of its US expansion, with a focus on delivering for the largest hyperscalers, cloud providers, and enterprise users. This strategic role is pivotal in the decision-making process, with the successful candidate having the authority to determine site viability, design, cost, and delivery timelines. The VP will be responsible for the full preconstruction lifecycle, from site validation and power feasibility to master planning, design development, and permit-ready handover to construction.
