Vice President of IT, AI & Digital Enablement

The Company is in search of a Vice President of IT with a focus on AI and digital enablement. The ideal candidate for this hands-on, technically credible role will be responsible for leading and personally delivering enterprise AI initiatives. This includes setting the AI strategy, partnering with business leaders to develop AI business cases, and directly leading the implementation to enhance core operations. The VP will be expected to have a deep understanding of AI tools and machine learning, manage projects end-to-end, and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to the C-suite. Key responsibilities also include adoption, governance, and enablement of AI and digital transformation projects. Applicants must have a proven track record in delivering AI and digital transformation projects, with a strong emphasis on personal accountability. Technical depth in machine learning, programming, and AI tooling is essential, as is the ability to engage with engineers as a technical peer. The role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to influence change across diverse teams. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or 10+ years' experience in information technology, is mandatory. While not required, experience in healthcare staffing or related industries, as well as hands-on experience in regulated AI environments, is considered an added advantage.
