The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all legal aspects of these agreements, including CDMO, co-development, out-licensing, in-licensing, and long-term supply agreements, are meticulously handled. This includes getting the hard clauses right, such as background and foreground IP ownership, exclusivity, and capacity reservation, as well as owning the group's complete dispute portfolio and personally leading both domestic and international commercial arbitrations.
