Chief of Program Management

The Company is in search of a Chief of Program Management to join its Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a substantial portfolio of programs, with a focus on mission-critical engineering, software, cloud, data, AI/ML, and cyber solutions for various Intelligence Community customers. This role demands a proven business and people leader with a strong background in program execution, financial performance, customer relationships, workforce development, and growth strategy. The Chief of Program Management will be at the forefront of driving the company's program, strategic, operational, financial, and technical performance, ensuring exceptional execution and mission outcomes. They will also be tasked with developing and executing a profitable growth strategy, building and maintaining trusted relationships with customers and industry partners, and fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence. Candidates for this demanding position must have a Bachelor's degree, at least 15 years of experience supporting the MPO Intelligence Community customer, and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance. The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of customer missions, business processes, and operational environments, as well as a proven track record in leading large, complex technical teams and organizations. Experience as a Program Manager running large IC programs, making staffing decisions, and P&L responsibilities are essential. The ideal candidate will also have a Master's degree, PMP certification, and executive leadership experience supporting MPO. The Chief of Program Management will be expected to champion innovation, drive technology insertion, and ensure the company's solutions are differentiated and aligned with customer needs.
