Head of Accounting Mission

The Company is seeking a Head of Mission to serve as the technical and operational expert for a portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all accounting, tax, and payroll work, reviewing files up to the preparation of financial statements, and maintaining a close advisory relationship with the management of client companies. This role involves a range of activities, including the review and preparation of annual accounts, organizing and monitoring assigned tasks, ensuring compliance with professional standards, and serving as the primary point of contact for company executives on financial matters. Applicants must have a minimum of 4 to 6 years' of experience in an accounting firm, with a proven track record in auditing and portfolio management. The desired profile includes complete mastery of accounting auditing techniques, financial statement preparation, and a solid knowledge of French corporate taxation. Proficiency in accounting software and Excel is a plus. The role requires a candidate who is rigorous, organized, and responsible, with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong client service orientation, and the ability to provide clear explanations and supportive management. The Head of Mission will also be involved in client consulting, identifying and proposing additional services, and ensuring client retention through regular follow-up.
