Head of Information Security & GRC

The Company is seeking a Head of Information Security and GRC to establish and lead a business-critical security and compliance function. This strategic technology leader will be responsible for building and scaling global IT, security governance, and compliance capabilities, with a focus on influencing senior stakeholders and shaping the technology and security foundations of the company. The role involves taking full ownership of information security governance and compliance, partnering with various departments to balance robust controls with the needs of a high-growth environment, and leading the team to maintain and strengthen security and compliance standards. Key skills for this position include proven IT leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology business, deep expertise in security across various platforms, and hands-on leadership of security and compliance programs. The successful candidate will be expected to have a pragmatic mindset that balances security, scalability, and business velocity, and to possess strong communication, stakeholder leadership, and commercial judgment. Duties and responsibilities also include setting and delivering the global IT strategy, owning identity and access management, scaling secure systems, and leading security governance, risk management, and business continuity efforts. The role is pivotal in driving automation, improving employee experience, and reducing operational risk, with a primary goal of creating a robust security and compliance function to support the company's exponential growth.
