Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Luxury Hospitality Group

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for leading the financial strategy, planning, and performance of the hospitality group, with a focus on a growing hotel and resort portfolio. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on finance leader with a strong background in luxury hotel or resort operations, and extensive knowledge of international taxation, particularly in Fiji, Australia, and the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will partner closely with the CEO and executive team on business decisions, oversee financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a proven track record as a senior finance executive within the hospitality industry, with a specific emphasis on luxury properties. They must be a strategic thinker with excellent commercial and financial acumen, and possess strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. The role demands a hands-on leader who can balance strategic financial oversight with the day-to-day financial operations of a multi-property hospitality environment. Responsibilities also include providing strategic financial insight to support investment and operational decision-making, as well as leading and developing the finance team to build strong financial capability across the business.
