Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its strategic growth and innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full strategic lead of the business, with a focus on developing and executing a long-term commercial strategy to scale both the niche insurance and brokerage arms. This role also involves maintaining a robust regulatory framework and ensuring compliance with modern standards. The ideal CEO will be a proven insurance leader with a strong background in regulatory oversight, market expertise in consumer products, and technical knowledge in areas such as underwriting, claims processes, and product launch lifecycles. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should be ambitious leaders with a definitive step up into a CEO role. The role is particularly suited to individuals currently in senior positions such as Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, or Chief Commercial Officer, within an established MGA, niche insurer, or capacity provider, and who have a proven track record of career advancement. The CEO will have ultimate executive and regulatory responsibility, and as such, must be an SMF approved person or meet the immediate criteria for SMF1 approval. In-depth knowledge of PRA Solvency II rules and a strong understanding of Consumer Duty requirements are essential.
