Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of transforming access to kidney transplantation in low- and middle-income countries. The successful candidate will work with the Board to shape and deliver the organization's strategy, lead and develop the team, and strengthen partnerships and the company's profile. A key focus will be on growing and diversifying income, with an emphasis on developing a more consistent and sustainable funding base. This hands-on role requires a leader who is comfortable in a small, entrepreneurial setting, and who can seamlessly move between strategic and practical tasks. The CEO will be expected to be close to the work, take ownership, and be instrumental in making things happen. The ideal CEO for the company will be a collaborative, resourceful, and resilient leader, with a strong entrepreneurial approach and a proven ability to generate income and develop partnerships. While not a clinician, the CEO must have the curiosity and credibility to work effectively with medical professionals and international partners, and a deep respect for the expertise and voluntary contributions that underpin the organization's work. The role is not just about the size of the organization, but about the impact it can have, and the CEO should be ambitious for that impact.
