Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Energy Storage

The ideal CEO will have a proven track record in scaling hard-tech or hardware companies, with a focus on energy storage or related power/grid technology. They must be adept at working with a technical co-founder, managing a sophisticated Board of Directors, and building a high-performing leadership team. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and significant experience in a similar operating leadership role. The role demands a leader with a strong executive presence, persuasive intensity, and a low-ego, execution-oriented leadership style.
