The Company is in search of a Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel (CLO) to serve as its most senior legal executive. The CLO will be responsible for providing legal strategy, oversight, and accountability for all legal and regulatory functions across the organization. This includes directly supervising the Senior Vice President of Legal and Regulatory Affairs, setting legal strategy and risk tolerance, and personally handling the organization's highest-risk and highest-complexity legal matters. The successful candidate will be a key figure in ensuring the soundness, timeliness, and reliability of legal and regulatory risk management, as well as the performance and development of the legal function as a whole.
