Senior Vice President, Legal

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for its legal department, who will play a pivotal role as a key member of the senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a diverse legal portfolio, ensuring the organization's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and providing high-quality legal analysis on a range of initiatives. Applicants for the Senior Vice President, Legal position at the company should possess a Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school, be a member of the State Bar in good standing, and have at least 15 years of legal experience, with a strong background in both private practice and in-house counsel.
