Known Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive, manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in a plant manager or production manager role, with either a folding carton manufacturer, corrugated box manufacturer or in a similar industry required
- Experience in both large, best practices environments & smaller, more nimble entrepreneurial settings preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Advanced Degree preferred
