Managing Director

The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead a rapidly growing business through its next phase of development. The role carries full responsibility for strategy, results, and organizational development, translating growth ambitions into clear priorities and consistent execution. Key responsibilities include accelerating profitable growth, strengthening relationships with major clients, developing new markets, and making informed decisions about pricing, partnerships, and portfolio. The Managing Director will improve performance visibility, balance growth with risk and return, represent the business to external stakeholders, and build a stronger management structure while preserving its entrepreneurial culture. Candidates should bring general management experience leading a growing enterprise or business unit, full P&L accountability, and a demonstrated record of improving profitable growth. A strong commercial orientation, understanding of production, and experience in an international business environment are required; experience in food or related consumer sectors is preferred. The role calls for expertise in business planning, commercial growth, portfolio decisions, and building effective multidisciplinary teams, alongside sound financial judgment across margins, costs, working capital, investment, and cash generation. Excellent Dutch and English, an approachable and decisive leadership style, and the ability to guide an organization through change are essential.
