Assistant Vice President, Retail Banking & Wealth Management

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for SupremeGold Private, a role that involves promoting retail banking and wealth management products to high-net-worth customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new SupremeGold Private customers through sales and marketing activities, as well as identifying potential business opportunities to ensure sustainable growth. Providing differentiated services, maximizing business acquisition, and enhancing the company's image are key aspects of the position. The role also requires the establishment of long-term customer relationships, the delivery of customer expectations, and ensuring that branch sales comply with the company's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Applicants for this position should be university graduates, preferably in finance, business, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 8 years' of solid experience in the banking sector, including at least 5 years in a sales and marketing role for high-net-worth customers. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in retail banking products and services, expert knowledge in financial planning and wealth products, and a good understanding of the financial markets. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and possess the necessary qualifications and certifications in the relevant financial areas. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required, with knowledge of Putonghua being an advantage.
