Senior Vice President, Risk

The Company is seeking an SVP, Risk to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the enterprise risk management strategy, overseeing market, credit, and operational risk frameworks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves driving risk governance and strategic initiatives, working closely with senior leadership to design risk appetite, and managing risk reporting across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in risk management within banking or fintech, with a strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk governance, including HKMA, SFC, and Basel. As the SVP, Risk, you will be expected to demonstrate proven leadership in managing cross-border risk teams and implementing ERM strategies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential for this position.
